Client: Urban IDM
Challenge: I worked with the great guys at Sincerely Truman on this one. They had already developed the brand voice and most of the overall messaging, so it was up to me to fill in the site with copy that reflected that voice and would appeal to their target audience.
Solution: This project involved a lot of playful headlines and concise, snappy copy. My favorite part was selecting the nearby neighborhood destinations that I thought would appeal most to this audience and writing a concise guide-book style blurb. I also used these blurbs as an opportunity to share a little more about Portland culture and pastimes (such as our dedication to brunch). I got to think of all the places I love (or used to love) over in Southeast, and capture the feel or appeal of the destination in a quick sentence or two.
